MARYVILLE, Mo. - The Department of Fine and Performance Arts will be hosting an exhibit on the Northwest Missouri State University campus.
The exhibit features work from Indonesian-American artist and activist Chintia Kirana. Assistant professor of Art and History at the department Karen Britt told KXCV/KRNW that Kirana's work is more than just a one-trick-pony.
Kirana will also be giving a lecture on her work as part of the opening celebration of the exhibit next Monday. The lecture will be held at 7 p.m. in Olive DeLuce Gallery, across from the Charles Johnson Theater.
The exhibit will be open through March 27.
